Abstract:AgeneralquestionbehindtheprojectistoexplorethenotionofintrinsiccurvaturefornoncommutativespacesgivenintermsofConnes\'sspectraltripleparadigm.Ithasonlyrecentbegan(2014)tobeunderstoodonnoncommutativetwotoriinthepaperofConnesandMoscovici.Thenotionofcurvature(orgenerallocalinvariants)ismodeledonspectralgeometryofRiemannianmanifolds.Thenewinput,purelyduetothequantumfeature,isthemodulartheoryofweightsforVonNeumannalgebras.Inthistalk,Iwillfocusonsomeintriguingspectralfunctionsarisingfromtheinterplaybetweenthetwocomponents.Iwillpresentabendingphenomenonincontrasttothecommutativeworld.Myrecentprogressrelatesthecalculusforthosespectralfunctionstohypergeometricfunctionsandcyclichomology/cohomology.

摘要:Inthistalk,Iwouldliketoreportsomerecentprogresswhichrelates(pseudo)differentialcalculuswithrespecttononcommutativevariablestohypergeometricfunctions.SuchcalculusservesastheanalyticbackboneoftheconformalgeometryonnoncommutativetwotoriinitiatedinConnesandMoscovici\'s2014JAMSpaper.Theessentialdifficultybehindthecomputationisthenoncommutativitybetweenthecoordinatesandtheirderivatives.Hypergeometricfunctionsariseinsomerearrangementprocessinthecomputationoftheheatkernelasymptotic.Themainresultisafullsetofrecurrencerelationsamongthehypergeometricfamilywhichallowsustoobtaintheirexplicitexpressions.Moregeometricapplicationswillbedisusediftimepermits.
